Along with viewing your service history, myFleet allows you to request a service or repair with our qualified Komatsu service technicians directly through the platform. Select your preferred date, and our Komatsu team will then be in contact to confirm your service.
In myFleet, you can also view upcoming services and bookings for each of your machines, giving you a holistic view of your upcoming booked service dates, letting you know if a machine is overdue or keeping you up to date with other key service events you need to be across.
If you conduct your own fleet servicing, a link is provided to the specific service parts for your machine and service interval in myKomatsu. Once completed, you can also mark the service as done, to keep track of what events have been completed, and what is upcoming.
