1. Purchase a New Komatsu PC18MR_3 Crawler Excavator which includes one (1) x Finishing Bucket, one (1) x General Purpose Bucket and one (1) x Quick Hitch (Excavator) on the website my.komatsu.co.nz/buy-machines-online for a discounted price of NZD@komatsuSettings.Value.ScreenPrice.ToString("C").Replace(".00", "") plus GST (excluding delivery and freight) (Offer). Customers can also elect to receive a finance rate of 3.36% which equates to a daily rate of $49.38. (Finance Offer).
2. Offer applies to Excavators ordered between 22 June 2021 to 22 September 2021, and delivered by 22 October 2021, or while stocks last (Offer Period).
3. Customers are eligible to receive the Offer without utilising the Finance Offer.
4. To be eligible for the Offer and/or the Finance Offer, customers must transact via the website at my.komatsu.co.nz/buy-machines-online. Any purchases made over the phone or in branch will not be eligible for the Offer or Finance Offer.
5. Offer is only applicable on one (1) x Excavator per customer, any additional Excavator’s purchased during the Offer Period will not be eligible to redeem the Offer and/or the Finance Offer.
6. Finance is provided by Komatsu Australia Corporate Finance Pty Ltd (New Zealand Branch Company Number 1505288, NZ Business number 9429035435785) (Komatsu Finance) to approved purchasers only. Purchasers must satisfy Komatsu Finance’s normal lending and credit criteria. To apply, purchasers must complete a Komatsu Finance application form and provide requested information. Fees, charges, terms and additional conditions apply. Interest rate of 3.36% is based on a 36 month term with no balloon payment. GST will not be financed as part of this Offer and is payable upfront or with the first repayment. The daily rate of $49.38 is based on a monthly repayment of $1,069.98 and a 5 day working week. Different interest rates will apply for different terms and deposit amounts. Finance payments must be made to Komatsu Finance by direct debit only. Komatsu Finance reserves the right to vary or cancel this promotion and the low rate finance offer at any time, without notice.
7. All prices quoted are in NZD and exclude GST, transportation and shipping costs. All Excavators must be collected from a Komatsu Branch, any additional transportation and shipping costs will be at the cost of the customer.
8. This Offer cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.
9. This Offer is only applicable to all in stock Excavators. The model availability may vary and is subject to change.
10. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only available in New Zealand.
11. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time, without notice. This Offer subject to availability. In the event that any part of the Offer becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products or no products at all, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. Komatsu reserves the right to vary or cancel this Offer at any time in its absolute discretion, at any time without notice.
12. Individuals are not eligible for the Offer if they are a director, manager or employee of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Offer, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.
13. Neither Komatsu, nor any other person or party associated with this Offer, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this Offer or with any of the benefits offered.
