Unsure how to upload your bulk order? Follow these quick steps below.
1. You will need Microsoft Excel to be able to bulk upload.
2. Click on "Download the template here", which is on the top right of the screen. If you do not use the provided template, the bulk upload will be unsuccessful.
3. The template will then open in Microsoft Excel.
4. In Microsoft Excel, save the template to your computer.
5. Following the template, begin populating your order. Please ensure that you include a valid Komatsu part number and the desired quantity, per line. Remove any duplicates and spaces after the part number.
6. Once you have completed your order, save your file back onto your computer.
7. Return to the "Upload your order File" section on the Komatsu website and select "Browse". You will be prompted to find your file from your computer and attached it.
8. Once you have attached the file, press the "Upload" button
If you wish to add parts as well as keep all items in your shopping cart, click ADD TO CART. To clear your shopping cart and only add items from the csv file, click REPLACE CART. Please select an option.
