If you paid by credit card, your refund will be issued to your credit card account within 2-3 days once the refund has been approved. If you paid on Account, a credit will be issued to your account.

Please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ) who will outline the steps you will need to take to arrange the return. This will result in either you needing to visit a local branch or mailing the part back to us at an address that will be given to you. In either case you will need to provide the original packaging and proof of purchase.

Parts need to be returned within 45 days of purchase. If your return is accepted within 21 days of purchase, no handling fee is payable, otherwise a handling fee of 15% is payable. The following parts are non-returnable: Bearings, parts with damaged packaging, rusty parts, damaged parts or used parts, gaskets and hoses, rubber and other perishable parts, superseded parts, fluids – oils and coolant, electrical parts, filtration.

Your refund will be made to the same account you used to complete your online order.
