Komatsu Australia Pty Ltd & Komatsu New Zealand Limited (Komatsu) – ‘Parts on Us’ (Promotion)

Terms & Conditions:

1) Purchase over $1,000AUD worth of parts via https://my.komatsu.com.au/ (for Australian Customers), or over $1,000NZD worth of parts via https://my.komatsu.co.nz/ (for New Zealand Customers), using a Premium Online Account with a Trading Account, in a single transaction between 1 December 2025 and 31 January 2026 (Eligible Order) to receive an entry into the draw to win 1 of 3 prizes (Eligible Entry). Entries will be void if the Eligible Order is cancelled or refunded prior to the draw.

2) The Promotion commences on 1 December 2025 and ends on 31 January 2026 (Promotion Period).

3) One (1) entry per Eligible Order, any additional Eligible Orders made during the Promotion Period will also be eligible for the Promotion.

4) There are 3 prizes in total to be won, with a total maximum prize.

Table 1 – Prizes

5) The Prize:
a. will be applied to the winner(s) Trading Account within 28 days of being claimed;
b. can only be used to purchase parts from Komatsu;
c. expires 3 years after being claimed by the winner(s); and
d. are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash.

6) The first 3 Eligible Entries drawn will win a prize, with the prizes allocated based on Table 1 (e.g. the first Eligible Entry drawn will win the $4,000AUD Parts Credit). The draw will be conducted as a computerised random draw from all Eligible Entries using a randomisation tool at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office, located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165, on 4 February 2026, commencing at 2:00pm (AEDT). Electronic draw logs will be kept for 12 months and made available to regulators on request.

7) For New Zealand online purchases, this Promotion is a lottery (winners drawn after entries closed). New Zealand entrants have the same opportunity and chance to participate and win as Australian entrants. For enquiries, contact Komatsu New Zealand Limited at info@komatsu.co.nz or on 0800 00 4127.

8) The individual winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their surname, first initial and postcode will be published on Komatsu’s website for at least 28 days from 5 February 2026. Winners will have 28 days to claim their prize.

9) There is no additional fee payable to enter the Promotion or accept a prize.

10) In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will be conducted as a computerised random draw from all Eligible Entries using a randomisation tool at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office, located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165, on 9 March 2026 at 2:00pm (AEDT). The winners of the redraw, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their surname, first initial and postcode will be published on Komatsu’s website for at least 28 days from 10 March 2026.

11) In accepting a prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. Prize winners further acknowledge and agree that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.

12) This Promotion and Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only available in Australia or New Zealand.

13) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Komatsu, Komatsu may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

14) In the event that any part of the Promotion becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. No other changes will be made after the Promotion commences, except as required by law or with prior regulator approval (where applicable).

15) Individuals are not eligible for the Promotion if they are a director, manager or employee of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Promotion, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.

16) Nothing in the terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Komatsu (and its agencies) excludes all liability to any loss, damage, delay or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the Promotion or any Prize (including, to the extent permitted by law, any indirect or consequential loss).

17) This Promotion is governed by the laws of NSW and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of NSW.

18) Personal information is collected to administer the promotion and contact winners in accordance with Komatsu’s Australian and New Zealand Privacy policies located at https://www.komatsu.com.au/pages/policies/privacy-policy & https://www.komatsu.co.nz/pages/policies/privacy-policy-(1) respectively
