1) Place an online parts purchase via https://my.komatsu.com.au/ (for Australian Customers) or https://my.komatsu.co.nz/ (for New Zealand Customers) between 1 November 2025 and 30 November 2025 (Eligible Order) to receive a Golden Ticket. Scan the QR Code on the Golden Ticket and complete the form by 12 December 2025 to go into the draw to win 1 of 101 prizes (Eligible Entry).

2) The Promotion commences on 1 November 2025 and ends on 12 December 2025.

3) One (1) entry per Eligible Order, any additional Eligible Orders made during the Offer Period will also be eligible to redeem the Offer.

4) There are 101 prizes in total to be won, with a total prize pool of $11,579. The full list of prizes can be found in Table 1 below:

5) The first 101 Eligible Entries drawn will win a prize, with the prizes allocated based on value from highest value to lowest value (e.g. the first Eligible Entry drawn will win the Maxim’s Travel Gift Card). The draw will be conducted as a computerised random draw from all Eligible Entries using a randomisation tool at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office, located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165, on 15 December 2025, commencing at 2:00pm. Electronic draw logs will be kept for 12 months and made available to regulators on request.

6) For New Zealand online purchases, this Promotion is a lottery (winners drawn after entries closed). 7) The individual winners will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their surname, first initial and postcode will be published on Komatsu’s website for at least 28 days from 18 December 2025.

8) There is no additional fee payable to enter the Promotion or accept a prize.

9) In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will be conducted as a computerised random draw from all Eligible Entries using a randomisation tool at Komatsu Fairfield Head Office, located at 50-60 Fairfield Street, Fairfield East, NSW 2165, on 6 January 2026. The winners of the redraw, if any, will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw, and their surname, first initial and postcode will be published on Komatsu’s website for at least 28 days from 10 January 2026.

10) In accepting a prize, the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements made by or on the behalf of Komatsu. Prize winners further acknowledge and agree that Komatsu has the right to publicise their name, the State or Territory in which the winner ordinarily resides, photograph, likeness and/or voice in any language and in any media (whether now known or later devised) throughout the world in perpetuity without restriction in respect of this Promotion and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Komatsu, without any payment being made to them.

11) This Offer, Promotion and Prizes cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for cash.

12) This Offer, Promotion and Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is only available in Australia or New Zealand.

13) If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of Komatsu, Komatsu may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

14) In the event that any part of the Promotion becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Komatsu’s reasonable control, Komatsu reserves the right to provide a similar product to the same or greater value as the original products, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation. No other changes will be made after the Promotion commences, except as required by law or with prior regulatory approval (where applicable).

15) Individuals are not eligible for the Promotion if they are a director, manager or employee of Komatsu, or an agency of Komatsu directly associated with the Promotion, or if they are an immediate family member of such director, manager or employee.

16) Nothing in the terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair-Trading Act 1986. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Komatsu (and its agencies) excludes all liability to any loss, damage, delay or loss of opportunity arising in connection with the Promotion or any Prize (including, to the extent permitted by law, any indirect or consequential loss).
