No. Orders placed online, will be directly shipped to the delivery address provided on the order.

No. Unfortunately, orders placed through Komatsu Online are only able to be delivered via a courier provided by Komatsu. 

Yes. If there is no-one available to sign for the delivery, our couriers will leave a "Sorry we missed you" card and you will need to call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ) to arrange another delivery.

No. We only deliver to a street address within Australia (for Australian orders) or within New Zealand (for New Zealand orders).

You will not be able to change your delivery address, after you have placed an online order. If you need further assistance, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ).

You will have received an order confirmation email, which contains a link that you can use to track the progress of your order. If your order contains multiple items, some items may be shipped separately. As such, you may have more than one consignment number per online order. The link in your order confirmation will allow you to track all consignment numbers associated with the online order.

For most orders, both Standard and Express delivery is offered. Standard delivery is expected to be between 5-7 working days and Express delivery is expected to be within 2-3 working days. As a result, you will only be offered Standard as a delivery option - which is Road Express.
