Once you have logged in, head over to your “My Account” section, click onto “Manage Users” page and follow the instructions for creating a new account. 

As long as you are logged in, you will be able to see your username on the top right-hand corner of the website.

 To find who is the ADMIN of your account, head to your “My Account” dashboard and you will see the contact (email) details of your ADMIN. 
Our website will suggest the closest branch to you, based on your geolocation. If you would like to see other branches, head over to your “My Account” option, drop down to "Branch Preference" and click on it. You may change the branch assigned by changing the postcode and clicking onto “Select Branch”.
