For most of our orders, we offer both Standard & Express delivery options. Standard delivery is expected to be between 5-7 working days whereas Express delivery is expected to be within 1-3 working days. However, in some cases there may be an item in your order that has restrictions, making it unsuitable for travel by air. As a result, you will only be offered Standard as a delivery option, which is Road Express.

This only happens when an item in your order has restrictions for quick delivery, making it unsuitable for travel, sometimes we could have the item air freighted. As a result, you will only be offered standard as a delivery option, this means road express.
Unfortunately, no. All orders placed online, will be directly shipped to the delivery address provided on the order.

Unfortunately, orders that placed through the Komatsu website are only able to be delivered via a courier provided by Komatsu.

Once an order is completed online it is processed quite quickly. Therefore, you would need contact our Komatsu Contact Support Centre as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to assist you. 1300 566 287.

Yes, definitely, we would need a signature at point of delivery. If there is no one available to sign, our couriers will leave a message card “Sorry we missed you”. You would then need to call our Komatsu Contact Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ) to arrange another delivery. 

Unfortunately, no. We only delivery to street addresses within Australia (for Australia orders) or within New Zealand (for New Zealand orders).
