Yes, you can! An order confirmation email will be sent to you, which contains a link that you can use to track the progress of your order. If your order contains multiple items, some items may be shipped separately. As such, you may have more than one consignment number per online order. The link in your order confirmation will allow you to track all consignment numbers associated with the online order. 
Unfortunately, you cannot cancel Komatsu online orders! Once the order has been placed, it is subject to our Returns and Exchange policy. For further assistance, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ).
We can ensure, for each individual online order you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check the email of the login used to place the order for a copy of that email (be sure to check your junk mail or spam box). If you did not receive an order confirmation email, please call our Komatsu Customer Support Centre on 1300 199 054 (AUS) or 0800 433 116 (NZ) for assistance.

For security reasons, your online session will timeout after 20 minutes. If you are signed into your online account, any items added to your cart will be saved to your cart. If you are using our site as a Guest, your cart will NOT be saved.

 

An order receipt will be included with your order confirmation with the tax invoice emailed to you, once your order is dispatched (please ensure you opt in to receive email notification). If your order is split across multiple shipments, you will receive a tax invoice after each part is shipped.
